If you already own land and are ready to build, we can introduce you to designers and builders who are familiar with your local area.

Ontario Builder Network members include award winning designers in many different areas who can help you develop a site specific design from concept to blueprints. This enables you to plan and build your project on a cost efficient basis.
Qualified Builders and Contractors
You can select from builders who are qualified for your type of project with the right technical skills. The key to select someone who can find and manage the right people as well help you select the right materials and other technical resources. Qualified builders can help you prepare a realistic budget based on accurate information from your blueprints.

Builders, contractors and suppliers who are registered with the Ontario Builder Network agree to the following code of ethics:
- Compliance with applicable building codes of a given jurisdiction as a minimum standard for construction and comply with structural requirements, safety and health regulations.
- Honest and fair dealings with their customers.
- Commitment to quality of work and service.
- Proper licensing and insurance for the areas in which they operate and not expose their customers to undue liability or other such risks.
- Fair dealing with their employees, subcontractors, and suppliers of all goods and services.
